NAI San Diego Expands, Opens New Office in Mission Valley

San Diego, California (April 17, 2006) - NAI San Diego announced today that it has relocated its corporate headquarters to a new facility in the Golden Valley Office Park in Mission Valley.

Located at 123 Camino de la Reina, Suite 200 South, the new space is customized with more than $60.00 per square foot in new tenant improvements designed by Roberts Bennett Architects and Design and built by RSM2 Contractors.

NAI San Diego, a full service brokerage company specializing in office, retail and industrial sales and leasing, investments and facilities acquisition services, as well as commercial property management, purchased the 69,000 square foot, four building, office campus in September 2005. Mark Silverman and Marten Barry are the principals of NAI San Diego.

“Not only does our new space allow us to accommodate our expanding brokerage, it also gives us the flexibility to configure our office to encourage maximum collaboration,” said Marten Barry, president of NAI San Diego. “These strategic moves will help us provide increased value to our clients.”

Current tenants at Golden Valley Office Park include the headquarters for the Zoological Society of San Diego and The Copley News Service.

The office park is centrally located and within walking distance to the trolley and Fashion Valley Mall with direct exposure to Interstate 8 and State route 163 freeways.

NAI San Diego relocated from the Mission Grove Office Park at 1565 Hotel Circle South, where the company will continue to provide leasing and management services.
