Properties are administered by Yardi Systems Management software, which offers complete commercial lease and accounting management, while providing our clients with monthly comprehensive financial reports. By utilizing this system to keep track of all the details, our property managers are able to dedicate their time to focusing on the physical management of our clients' properties.

NAI San Diego is dedicated to providing personal attention to each property. Our office is conveniently located in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, which allows our property managers ease of access throughout San Diego County. This provides an opportunity to make frequent property visits to ensure property maintenance is being done, maintain tenant relations and alert clients to potential problems, as well as, opportunities to increase property value.
