As a Principal of NAI San Diego, Mark Silverman offers more than 20 years of experience as a professional in the San Diego commercial real estate market. NAI San Diego is an established, 25-person office, offering a wide range of services including traditional real estate brokerage, property management, consulting, and partnership opportunities. NAI San Diego has been located in the Mission Valley area for over 8 years.

After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1983, Mark returned to his native San Diego and began his career in the real estate business, specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties in San Diego County.

Prior to joining NAI San Diego in 1998, Mark was a top agent at Grubb & Ellis Company. During his years at Grubb & Ellis, Mark began establishing long-term business relationships with many of his clients. A member of both the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors (SDCCAR), Mark has successfully represented a wide range of clients with headquarters both in and out of the San Diego region, such as Vulcan Materials, City of Santee Redevelopment Agency, U.S. Bank, United States General Services Administration, and many others.

Mark is known by both his clients and his colleagues for his honesty and integrity, as well as his ability to navigate through multiple obstacles in order to provide the best representation possible to his clients. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with complex land use and zoning issues in many jurisdictions throughout the County.

Mark is currently on the board of the Commercial Realtors Association of San Diego (CARSD). In addition, he has served in the past on the SIOR Executive Board and has been an active fundraiser for the Whittier Institute for Diabetes.

Mark resides in Scripps Ranch with his wife Lynne and their three sons, where he has been an active participant in the community for many years.
