Tina Pinard is vice president of property management for NAI San Diego. She specializes in office, industrial, and retail properties.

Tina has been working in the real estate industry in San Diego since 1994. In 1998 she assisted in establishing the property management division for the company. Tina helped to grow the management portfolio to over 350,000 square feet of property while continuing her real estate education. Tina’s broad experience in the real estate industry has benefited her clients by improving profitability while keeping vacancies to an absolute minimum as well as maintaining a professional relationship with all owners, tenants, and vendors.

A San Diego resident since 1993, Tina lives in the community of Mira Mesa with her husband and two children while enjoying beach activities, movies and spending quality time with her family.
