Bill McCubbin has been a commercial real estate broker in the southern California marketplace for over 25 years. His focus is in industrial, office, and, investment properties. Bill's experience includes leasing and sales of over 2-¼ million square feet of general industrial, warehouse/distribution, R&D and office space, over 1,300 acres of land parcels and negotiating build-to-suit manufacturing and life sciences facilities. He specializes in sales and leasing of industrial, office, investment properties, and site selection. His expertise is helping assess and acquire real estate to meet the needs of growing companies. Most recently his work has expanded into representing clients in the field of motorsports.

Bill's accomplishments include leasing and sales of 600,000 square feet of inventory buildings and 775 acres of land parcels for one owner and reviving a 560-acre business park in San Diego County. Bill started his brokerage career with The Seeley Company in Irvine, CA. He was the San Diego manager for Union Pacific Realty Company, a national developer and owner of industrial and office parks. Prior to joining NAI San Diego, Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide, he was a marketing and development consultant to developers and investors in California and Arizona.

He is a past member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Urban Land Institute, and a past chapter president and state vice president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and holds a California real estate broker license. He is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Marketing. Bill and his wife Deanne, live in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego from which he engages in his hobby of motorsports racing.
