Claudia Hartman is an Associate Vice President of NAI San Diego, specializing in sales of Multi-Family Income and Office properties in San Diego, California.

Prior to joining NAI San Diego in 2000, Claudia was an office leasing and sales specialist in Portland, Oregon for over 10 years. Her primary responsibilities included the leasing and marketing of an office-building portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. Since joining our firm, Claudia has expanded her market specialization to include Multi-Family Income Properties in San Diego County representing both buyers and sellers of Apartment Buildings. She has successfully represented clients to achieve their investment goals and has worked with both first time purchasers of commercial property to the very experienced investor.

Claudia received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Accounting from California State University, Sacramento. Upon graduation, she successfully passed the CPA Exam and joined an International Accounting Firm, where her industry focus was Banking and Finance and Real Estate Development.

Claudia resides in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego with her husband and daughter. She is a member of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors and the San Diego Apartment Association.
