Gary Green is a licensed real estate broker and a Vice President of NAI San Diego. He has 26 years experience in San Diego commercial real estate brokerage. His specialty is industrial, R&D and office corporate tenant representation. Since 1991, Gary has successfully negotiated transactions totaling over 2,000,000 square feet of leases and freehold acquisitions. During his career he has participated in leases and sales with an approximate aggregate value of $250 million. Additionally, Gary has been successfully involved in over 950,000 square feet of build to suit for corporate and local tenants.

Gary commenced his career in 1979 with the downtown office of CB Commercial Brokerage. In 1986 he was hired by Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate - this office later evolved into San Diego Commercial Real Estate Services. Gary earned "Salesman of the Year" awards in 1990, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1996 and 1997. He has a B.S. from the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA and a M.B.A. from Northeastern University, Boston, MA (1971). Gary is also a charter member of the Downtown Rotary Breakfast Club and held the position of Sargent at Arms from 1998-1999 and the President of the Club in 2002 - 2003. Gary is married and living in Downtown San Diego, has two grown children and two grandchildren.
