Larry Edwards has twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience in San Diego, working with individual, corporate, and international clients. Larry’s special strengths include coordinating diverse parties in complex real estate and finance transactions.

Larry’s expertise is owner/user sales and leasing of industrial properties-site selection, lease/buy and cost comparison analysis and investment services. He has also completed several clinical laboratory and bio-medical related transactions.

Accomplishments include No. 1 Company Wide Salesperson and President's Club for Rancon Real Estate. Larry was awarded the San Diego CCIM's 2000 and 2003 "Transaction of the Year" for a 9.25 acre value added produce distribution center in Chula Vista and 5.71 acres in Otay Mesa developed for a wholesale grocery distributor.

Larry also recently relocated Raphael's Party Rentals to its build-to-suit project totaling 110,000 square feet combination headquarters/multi-tenant showroom on Miramar Road. In Otay Mesa, Facilities Consolidation, 70,200 SF, metal fabrication.
Larry sold 18.53 Acres of partially developed land in Otay Mesa for a truck and trailer storage and 13.5 Acres trucking facility and concurrent long term lease to wholesale lumber distributor in Chula Vista.

In 1973 Larry received his Bachelor Degree with “honors and distinction” in Finance from San Diego State. In 1988, he received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the standard of excellence in commercial real estate.

Larry served with the Marines in Vietnam. He is a member of the San Diego County Commercial Association of Realtors and the Old Mission Rotary Club. Larry lives in the University City community of San Diego with his wife and two daughters.
